- Obtain the Customer API Key (US-Customer-Api-Key) from your UKG representative
- Create a service user account with API access permissions
- Your Base URL is your UKG Pro instance URL (e.g.
https://ew11.ultipro.com) - Enter all four credentials above and Test Connection
