  1. Log into Genesys Cloud as an Administrator
  2. Navigate to Admin → Integrations → OAuth
  3. Click Add Client and select Client Credentials grant type
  4. Give the client a name (e.g., SARAH Integration) and assign appropriate roles
  5. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret
  6. Your Region is the AWS region of your Genesys org (e.g., us-east-1)
  7. Test connection to verify credentials work correctly
