📖 Setup Guide — How to get your Mews credentials ▼
  1. Log into Mews Operations → Marketplace → Connectors
  2. Create a new Connector or find your existing SARAH connector
  3. Copy the Client Token — this identifies your integration
  4. Copy the Access Token — this identifies the property
  5. Platform URL is https://api.mews.com for production, https://api.mews-demo.com for testing
  6. Client Name should be SARAH Voice (shown in Mews logs)
  7. Use the Test Connection button above to verify everything works
