  1. Log into Freshdesk as an administrator
  2. Click your profile icon (top right) → Profile Settings
  3. On the right side, find the "Your API Key" section
  4. Click "View API Key" → Copy it
  5. Your Domain is the subdomain of your Freshdesk URL — e.g., if your Freshdesk is at mycompany.freshdesk.com, enter mycompany
  6. Paste your API key and domain above, then click Test Connection to verify
  7. Note: API rate limits apply — 50 requests/minute on Sprout plan, more on higher plans
