- Log into Freshdesk as an administrator
- Click your profile icon (top right) โ Profile Settings
- On the right side, find the "Your API Key" section
- Click "View API Key" โ Copy it
- Your Domain is the subdomain of your Freshdesk URL โ e.g., if your Freshdesk is at
mycompany.freshdesk.com, entermycompany - Paste your API key and domain above, then click Test Connection to verify
- Note: API rate limits apply โ 50 requests/minute on Sprout plan, more on higher plans
