  1. Log into Freshdesk as an administrator
  2. Click your profile icon (top right) โ†’ Profile Settings
  3. On the right side, find the "Your API Key" section
  4. Click "View API Key" โ†’ Copy it
  5. Your Domain is the subdomain of your Freshdesk URL โ€” e.g., if your Freshdesk is at mycompany.freshdesk.com, enter mycompany
  6. Paste your API key and domain above, then click Test Connection to verify
  7. Note: API rate limits apply โ€” 50 requests/minute on Sprout plan, more on higher plans
