  1. Log into the Avaya Experience Platform admin portal
  2. Go to Settings → OAuth Applications
  3. Create a client and note the Client ID and Client Secret
  4. Find your Tenant ID in account settings
  5. Set your deployment Region (us, eu, ap)
  6. Test the connection
