  1. Log into UKG Pro and go to Menu → System Configuration → Security → Web Services
  2. Obtain the Customer API Key (US-Customer-Api-Key) from your UKG representative
  3. Create a service user account with API access permissions
  4. Your Base URL is your UKG Pro instance URL (e.g. https://ew11.ultipro.com)
  5. Enter all four credentials above and Test Connection
