🔧 Connection Settings

The Xero Organization Tenant ID (UUID format)

  1. Go to Xero Developer Portal (https://developer.xero.com/app/manage)
  2. Click "New App" → Select "Custom Connection" (for machine-to-machine)
  3. Name: SARAH Voice, Company URL: your company URL
  4. After creating: Copy the Client ID
  5. Generate a Client Secret → Copy it (shown only once!)
  6. Under "Scopes", select: accounting.transactions, accounting.contacts, accounting.settings, accounting.reports.read
  7. Connect to your Xero Organization when prompted
  8. Get your Tenant ID: Go to the "Connected Orgs" tab → Copy the Tenant ID
  9. Paste all three values above and click Test Connection to verify
