  1. Contact your Oracle OPERA system administrator to obtain API credentials
  2. Your Base URL is the address of your on-premise OPERA V5 API server (e.g., https://opera.hotel.local/api)
  3. Your Username and Password are configured in OPERA's user management
  4. Your Property ID identifies your hotel within the OPERA instance
  5. Ensure the API user has appropriate permissions for reservations and guest data
  6. Network connectivity between SARAH and your OPERA server must be established
  7. Test connection to verify everything is configured correctly
