  1. Log into your HotelKey admin dashboard as an Administrator
  2. Navigate to Settings → API & Integrations
  3. Click Generate API Key and give it a descriptive name (e.g., SARAH Integration)
  4. Copy the generated API key immediately — it won't be shown again
  5. Paste the API key into the API Key field above
  6. Leave the Base URL as the default unless you have a custom endpoint
  7. Test connection to verify the API key works correctly
