  1. Contact your Hilton IT administrator to obtain OnQ API credentials
  2. Your Username and Password are provided by Hilton's API access program
  3. Your Property Code is your hotel's unique identifier in the OnQ system (e.g., HIL1234)
  4. Ensure your property has API access enabled in the OnQ configuration
  5. Leave the Base URL as the default unless directed otherwise by Hilton IT
  6. Test connection to verify credentials work correctly
