- Log into Acumatica ERP as an administrator
- Go to
System → Security → Users - Create a new API user (or use an existing service account)
- Assign the user to a role with API access (e.g., "API User" role)
- Your Base URL is your Acumatica instance URL (e.g.,
https://yourcompany.acumatica.com) - Company is your default company name in Acumatica
- Branch is optional — leave blank for the default branch
- Use the Test Connection button above to verify login
